How did I acquire such a great group of friends?
That would stand with me
Where ever my shaky road bends
They'd lift me up to reach
The biggest, brightest star
And that's not even half as far
Who would comfort me with raunchy humor
Just to dry some tears
And share with me a stressful day
And grab away my fears
For a juicy bit of gossip
Or help with a new fling
Never do I worry who's the better thing
I must have done something
In whom God I did please
For Him to give me such great friends,
As I do acquire in these!

The Wonder Of It All
Pink elephants, blue moon,
ridding zebras bareback,
Flying fish and talking bears
But nothing quite compares
A full eclipse, a starlit sky,
sweet silence of a comet,
Warm and golden rays of sun
But nothings quite as fun
Twisting tornadoes, flashing floods,
all of natures phenomenons,
Blasting blizzards of chalk white snow
And they don't even know
Unchanging seasons of different days,
beauty and exuberant grace,
Golden summers and bronzy fall
But I'm still reminiscing
the wonder of it all
ridding zebras bareback,
Flying fish and talking bears
But nothing quite compares
A full eclipse, a starlit sky,
sweet silence of a comet,
Warm and golden rays of sun
But nothings quite as fun
Twisting tornadoes, flashing floods,
all of natures phenomenons,
Blasting blizzards of chalk white snow
And they don't even know
Unchanging seasons of different days,
beauty and exuberant grace,
Golden summers and bronzy fall
But I'm still reminiscing
the wonder of it all

Seaside Dreams
The ocean spread forever, 'til the sky and it had met
I walked along the shore and got my feet a little wet
Alone I walk in silence and love the beauty of this place
But even more I love, the smile on your face
My eyes close slowly as the breeze gently whisks my cheeks
The love I feel for you so long surpasses this years weeks
The way you say hello, the way you say my name
The first time I looked into your eyes, I'd never be the same
How I make a point to look into your eyes so deep
That I'm so wrapped with you, I see you in my sleep
As I watch the sun fade, my lips curl in a grin
Thinking that someday, your love I just might win
My love for you is growing big, or maybe so it seems
But soon this love will be, more than something in my dreams.
